Internship - Supply Chain Management (Warehouse)

VAT Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our internship program. The main focus is responsible on the Warehouse 1A Expansion project coordination, data collection, assist warehouse Manger and driving weekly progress updates.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

 

  • Coordination on the improvement project timeline
  • Update daily progress status.
  • Collection data before and after on the improvement project
  • Organizing weekly meetings to review project status.
  • Assist on raising PR and follow up on the approval.
  • Work closely with a project manager or end user to identify business needs and determine complete
  • Administrative work of the section 
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior/management. 
  • Support for project specific need such as documentation, analysis, informatin gathering / sharingPosition Qualifications

 

Minimum Qualification :

 

  • Undergraduate that undergoing Degree in Planning, Supply Chain and/or Business Management
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to present results clearly and compellingly
  • Strong communication skill & cross function collaboration, ability to communicate with cross-functional team and management level. 
  • Self-motivator who works effectively in team or independent work environments 
  • Results and customer orientated team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
