VAT Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Is searching for enthusiast self-starter to join our internship program. The main responsibility for this role is assist to Service Coordinator in daily operation and planning for service related activities. 

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

 

  • Assist service coordinator in D365 system updating and execution
  • Support service coordinator in PR issuance for external work by supplier
  • Support service coordinator in following up shipment and Load ID with shipping department and warehouse team
  • Assist service coordinator in paperwork for service center such as work instruction
  • Updating report in weekly basis on service center progress
  • Assist service coordinator in following up ticketing issue 
  • Assist service coordinator in CIP improvement submission and closure
  • Ensure good 6S at service center
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior

 

Minimum Qualification:

 

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science, or related field with a strong relevant technical background
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Strong observation & analytical skills 
  • Self-motivator who works effectively in team or independent work environments 

  • Capable to work independently without much supervision
