We are looking for Interns currently pursuing Diploma program.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Ensure proper setup on mechanical devices, tools, jig and fixtures in the assembly line.

• Responsible for altering and repairing various jigs, tooling, holding fixtures and gauges.

• Responsible to perform jigs & fixture maintenance in assembly line and prepares fixture maintenance reports.

• Validate and verify fixture during fixture deployment activities.

• Responsible for Jig and fixture spare part management. Maintain fixtures spare parts and supplies inventories by checking spare part list to determine inventory level.

• Support in establishing manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities with proper document (e.g. work Instruction), these includes setting of mechanical devices, tooling, fixture setup and clamping method.

• Create 2D technical drawings based on given specification.

• Support daily task that given by Superior from time to time.

Minimum Qualification:

• Prefer Diploma, PSDC or JMTI Level 3 or higher
• Experience in CAD Software & Microsoft Office
• Ability to read Engineering Drawing, test will be conducted
• Able to read and write in English
