We are looking for CADCAM Engineer Intern - who wants to innovate, achieve, grow. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  • Manage, sustain, improve all operational or production/machining relevant processes.
  • Coordinate with the Supervisors and Department Heads all the issues and concern encountered on production
  • To adopt systematic problem-solving method to analyses, identify, and resolve root cause of problem.
  • To closely monitor process yields and product quality performance and take prompt action to contain and resolve problems that are affecting yields, manufacturing cost and product quality at earliest stage possible.
  • Communicate with global team to replicate best practices and knowledge transfer.
  • Carry out continuous improvement on CNC programmed to optimize CNC process lead time, accuracy, and quality.
  • Developing the automation system and collaborating with supplier & contractors.
  • Lead and support for Change Request (CR), 8D process.
  • Data analysis for dimension issues, root cause and solution.
  • Execute assignments given and report on progress.
  • Carry out and follow-up on study protocol.

 

Minimum Qualification :

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Machining) 

  • Minimum cumulative CGPA 3.5

  • Self-motivator who works effectively in team or independent work environments 

  • Results and customer orientated team player

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Capable to work independently without much supervision
