Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

• Sustain existing CIP Analytics Tracker (Data entry, mapping etc.)
• Create Standard Work Instruction on CIP Data Entry via new CIP Tool (for Normal User).
• Prepare the weekly report on Pending Review and Accepted Idea with Forwarded to Responsible Department.
• Assist in preparing training materials
• Assist in Lean tool implementation
• Assist in developing standard templates for BPOE for standardization
• Support all other tasks as assigned by Management

Minimum Qualification :

• Degree in Data Science or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to present results clearly and compellingly.
• Strong communication skill & cross function collaboration.
• Self-motivator who works effectively in team or independent work environments
