Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assist in Training Coordination: Support the Apprentice Instructor in coordinating and organizing training sessions for apprentices. 
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics. 
• Curriculum Development: Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training materials and curriculum based on organizational needs. 
• On-the-Job Training (OJT) Support: Help monitor and track apprentices during their OJT assignments, ensuring they meet the required standards. 
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination for apprentice training programs. 
• Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and analyzing apprentice performance metrics and KPIs. 
• Audit Preparation: Help maintain audit-ready documentation to comply with ISO, JPK, and other regulatory requirements. 
• Recognition and Engagement: Support initiatives to recognize and reward apprentices, fostering engagement and positive behavior. 
• Evaluation and Feedback: Assist in reviewing training evaluations and assessments, and follow up with departments to implement improvements 

Minimum Qualification :

• Degree in Engineer or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to present results clearly and compellingly.
• Strong communication skill & cross function collaboration.
• Self-motivator who works effectively in team or independent work environments
