Role and Responsibility:

• Operate CMM for manual measurement
• Release and verification of parts and components (internal and external) e.g. prepare ISIR reports.
• Performing Measurement System Analyses (MSA, Gauge R&R) and Result analyses
• Support CAD/CAM in problem solving
• Making disposition on non-conformities and advise CAD/CAM engineer on the improvement possibilities
• Guiding and coaching Metrology technicians and operators
• Handling of complaints (internal and external) an implementation of corrective actions
• Support of various quality-related issues
• Detection of quality and process improvements as well as their implementation
• Interpretation technical drawings
• Perform manual gauging with Linear Height, Micrometer, surface roughness, profile etc.
• Support the management of Measurement Equipment
• Monitoring and executing of calibration of measurement equipment

Key skills:

• Work experience in quality assurance
• Experience in measuring with coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Some experience in CNC milling and/or turning

• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shift
