Roles, Responsibilities and Job Expectations

HR Data Management

• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all HR databases
• Perform regular data audits and validations to identify discrepancies and drive corrections
• Manage data entry related to employee lifecycle events (hire, transfer, promotion, termination)

Data Governance 

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
• Maintain data governance standards, definitions, and documentation
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate HR data and documentation
• Monitor and enforce data security and confidentiality

Data Validation

• Validate employee data inputs against supporting documents for completeness and correctness
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies
• Ensure all data changes follow defined approval workflows & controls

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and HRIS teams to resolve data-related issues
• Provide guidance on data standards and correct data entry practices
• Respond to queries related to data discrepancies and reporting accuracy

Continuous Improvement

• Identify recurring data issues and recommend process improvements
• Contribute to the development of validation procedures, SOPs, and data quality frameworks
• Support initiatives to enhance data quality, automation, and reporting reliability

Recruitment Support & Administration

• Coordinate activities for candidates & managers
• Maintain documentations & database
• Support pre/post-employment hiring activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HR system or data management role
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors system & reporting
• Experience working within a Shared Services or multinational environment is an advantage
