You will be supporting product owner/manager who is responsible for both technical and commercial/operational aspects of the assigned products, including product strategy, business growth, technology roadmap and profitability. You will work closely with internal team & counterparts in Switzerland to meet companywide KPIs & mid-term goals. You will also be supporting customization & relocation projects and addressing queries and requests from counterparts in Switzerland & customers.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support sales organization in regard to all technical & operational aspects.
• Support to monitor profitability of existing customer products and propose measures in order to sustain and increase profitability.
• Support customization & industrialization projects and technical customer documentation like manuals, product data sheets according to European machinery directive.
• Coordinate and support product managers in change management to review change requests on supply chain, manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams on relocation projects from VAT Switzerland to Malaysia; create business plan & liaison with respective Product Managers on required qualification from customers.
• Study to create relevant reporting formats on KPIs (by customers, product series…) using Microsoft Power BI

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or semiconductor related engineering disciplines
