We are looking for a FMEA Engineer to join our team to coordinate the FMEA activities  by addressing the risk and demand for recommended action. This will include PFMEA and DFMEA coordination and documentation whenever requested during project or mass pro.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

• Generate and maintain FMEA report (DFMEA & PFMEA) in Plato and update when necessary.
• Involve in customer 8D discussion to document the case as Lesson Learn using FMEA platform.
• Cultivate Preventive Mindset and Risk-Based Thinking approach
• Engage the team with the end in mind, making VAT a Great Place To Work

Minimum Qualification :

• Degree in Engineering or Science field

Preferred Qualification :

• Degree in Engineering or Quality.
• Min 5 years working experience in Manufacturing with specialization in Engineering or Quality.
• Hands on experience in handling FMEA (min 5 years)
