An important role that taking care of end to end order fulfilment operation execution, inventory optimization, product leadtime and product costing etc, to ensure we deliver the right product at the right timing with right cost, towards meeting organization revenue maximization and customer requirement.

 

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Plans and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize company’s productive capacity.
  • Responsible for customer order fulfilment, confirmation of sales order within 48 hours.
  • Driving to meet department KPI (OTDr,  OTDc, Factory Output, Revenue, COGS, LT, inventory etc)
  • Coordination production workflow and resources for one or multiplies products for output optimization with no compromise to quality.
  • Planning and prioritizing the business operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum disruption. 
  • Collaborate with material supply management on flawless materials supply for production used.
  • Develop the firm production schedule and communicate to appropriate production leads.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity within the tools
  • Plan, regulate and alter assembly schedule according to demand and with established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
  • Sales order management inclusive of SO acknowledgement, commitment to customer, rescheduling & cancellation by working with respective team.
  • Able to react spontaneously and adjust priorities for specific customer orders.
  • Analyse forecast accuracy and capacity requirement and communicate with respective Stakeholders for necessary actions to support business and customer needs.
  • Ensure cycle times/demonstrated capacity are accurately reflected in the planning system.
  • Cultivate and manage effective communication and working relationship cross-functionally.
  • Participate in change control process and make sure transition plan is in place to phase in new parts and phase out obsoleted parts to avoid or minimize impact on scrap cost.
  • Ensures an effective supply chain, especially during ramp up / ramp down of business.
  • Cooperates with Strategic Purchasing in the development and handover of new product for flawless transition from New Product project to Mass Production project.
  • Liaise with the appropriate functional partners throughout the product life cycle.
  • Develop and deliver Continuous Improvement Plans, or any other business process/tool improvement project for future state maps.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior/management.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum Degree holder more than 5 years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain and/or Business Management
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to present results clearly and compellingly
  • Strong communication skill & cross function collaboration, ability to communicate with cross-functional team and management level. ·
  • Self-motivator who works effectively in team or independent work environments ·
  • Results and customer orientated team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and assertiveness
  • Possess a strong working team mind-sets 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • ERP System (e.g. Oracle, SAP or Microsoft D365 )
  • Materials Management and Operational Purchasing
