Roles and Responsibility
- Operates Milling machines, Fastems, Deburring station according to SOP
Okuma or Makino or DMG
- Perform maintenance and calibration on equipment, gauges and torque wrench according to schedule
- Buyoff and maintain jigs and fixtures and submit report if wear and tear or broken
- Perform Machine Autonomous Maintenance
Measure and refill coolant pH & concentration
Hydraulic and spindle oil
- Perform tool change
- Perform loading/unloading of parts at station Milling Fastem as per Work Instructions
- Perform visual inspection and in-process buyoff during load and unload as per Work Instructions
- Able to access parts drawing and CMM report
- Part transfer according to correct process flow
- Perform 6S activity
- Buyoff and clear chip tank
- Perform equipment buyoff and maintenance according to checklist and schedule
- Setup and handle equipment and parts according to SOP
- Accurate data entry and timely in D365 (Part confirmation)
