-To support Global Employee Claims management

-Perform 3 Way match for purchases

- Prepare payment to suppliers and payment forecast

- Work closely with other departments to resolve issues on receivings

- Ensure all open payments are properly updated and knock off against supplier invoices

- Ensure prompt posting/ updates of invoices

- Review and analyse Accounts payable aging

- Perform monthly accounts reconciliation

- Compilation of withholding tax and service tax reports and payments

- Implement controls procedures for accounts payable related processes.

- Responsible for yearly financial audit compilations.

- Perform ad-hoc duties and reports as assigned by the superior.
