Do you enjoy hands-on recruiting and connecting the right people with the right roles?

We’re looking for a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring in Switzerland. You will own the full recruitment process and ensure strong delivery and candidate experience.

YOUR ROLE

• Support the Talent Acquisition Partner in end-to-end recruitment delivery
• Proactively source and engage candidates across channels
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates
• Build and nurture talent pipelines
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to drive hiring decisions
• Deliver a strong candidate experience

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Economics, Psychology or similar)
• First experience in recruiting, HR, or strong interest to grow into the field
• Fluent in German, English, and Romanian
• You enjoy working with people and building connections
• A service-oriented mindset and a natural approach to solving problems
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
