Responsibilities:
- Ensured that the production activities are carried out correctly and according to VAT specifications;
- Provides production support according to the escalation plan for decision making (visual inspections, measurements);
- Provides support in the production for new article, test, FAI, EMP, ISI, Prototype, according to the procedure;
- Analyzes the production scrap and proposes action plan to reduce deviations and customer complaints together with the multidisciplinary team;
- Prepares the reports requested by the direct superior or by internal and external customers;
- Responsible for the internal decision process of NCs in D365 and the quarantine of non-conform products;
- Active involvement in the CIP/Darwin program;
- Responsibility and authority to stop production until the problem is solved;
- Is oriented towards their internal and external needs, always being prompt in providing complete and correct information.
Preferred Qualification
- Preferably 3+ years’ experience in the quality process (mechanisms) of high tech components in a highly consolidated market environment, ideally on a global scale
- Good knowledge to use of key quality tools such as 3-legged 5 Why, SPC, Ishikawa, etc.
- Ideally good knowledge of quality process/requirements in the semiconductor industry or alternatively knowledge on APQP and PPAP processes
- Communicative personality with the ability to work in a multicultural, matrix environment
- Experience in managing complaints and 8D reports
