Main Purpose of the Job

The Quality Engineer supports Production in daily bussines. The role ensures all product quality requirements are defined and executed for new and existing products, especially within series products but NPI, relocation projects, initial sample inspections can apply.

Main Roles and Activities

• Coordination and processing of customer complaints
• Coordination and processing of internal non‑conformities (NC reports)

• Definition and monitoring of quality plans (in‑process checks, initial sample inspections, traceability, Q‑evidence)
• P‑FMEA support
• Support for part and product change requests
• Execution of internal and external audits
• Execution of quality trainings
• Improvement of product processes
• Support during customer visits and audits

Key Experiences

• 3+ years in quality, complaint management, and customer interaction
• Experience with 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Why, SPC, Fishbone, etc.

• Experience in audit management, complaint management, product development, and change management
• Ability to work in international and matrix organizations

Competencies

• Education or degree in quality engineering or quality expertise
• Solid technical background
• Very good knowledge of quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC)• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Basic ISO and IATF knowledge
• Systematic, solution‑oriented working approach
• Good English communication skills
