Project Manager

 

The project manager is responsible for leading the development of transfer projects according to company rules. Leads development projects, continuous improvement activities, cost reduction programs , products and processes relocation projects, as well as specific projects such as escalation management during the transfer period.

 

YOUR CHALLENGES

 

  • Develops, monitors, controls and updates the transfer program and the Action plan of specific actions during the project.
  • Works as a team leader responsible for coordinating and managing activities to ensure the achievement of objectives.
  • Supports product engineering in development and maintenance the Design specifications.
  • Supports the development of the performance characteristics of the proposed product for the allocated programs.
  • Up to date with all product specifications and participate in Project reviews.
  • Responsible to forecasting the program budget and monitoring capital expenditures during the project.
  • Coordinates the basic multifunctional team for the project, working with functional managers.
  • Organizes the project team to solve the engineering and manufacturing problems of the product.
  • Represents the team and leads the internal and external project review activities.
  • Provides support for all stages of the transfer process, starting with pre-production and SOP. Provide any necessary training.
  • Leads the early meetings of the project team.
  • Interface with projects defined between engineering, operations and product management in terms of all technical aspects.
  • Monitors the profitability of developed products and obtains measures to support and
  • increase profitability.
  • Provides detailed information about the manufacturing process of the product.
  • Conducting specific escalations of customers during the transfer process.     

      

COMPETENCIES

  • Engineering bachelor’s degree / high technical, management studies.
  • 1–2 years of relevant company or product-specific practical experience.
  • Solid project management experience, including planning, execution, and delivery ownership.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Basic technical knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork mindset and collaboration across functions.
  • Proactivity/initiative and strong result orientation.
  • Proficiency with PC tools, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • English proficiency (mandatory).
