Responsibilities:
- Check and communicate daily attendance.
- Monitor compliance with working hours and schedules.
- Verify proper shift handover, workplace cleanliness, and preparation of tools for the next production item.
- Monitor compliance with production cycle times and operators' daily production targets.
- Inform operators about the tasks and activities they need to perform.
- Provide instructions to machine setters and operators regarding technological, quality, organizational, and housekeeping issues.
- Prepare documentation for products scheduled to enter production.
- Intervene when non-compliance with production technology or manufacturing procedures is identified.
- Monitor machine setup and product adjustment processes.
- Ensure that the first parts produced after machine setup are compliant with quality requirements.
- Monitor operators' inspection of parts according to the control plan and measurement frequency requirements.
- Ensure correct labeling of parts and semi-finished products.
- Monitor completed parts and coordinate their transfer to the next operation or department.
- Ensure that parts are properly polished and packaged before being sent to the next operation.
- Ensure traceability of parts so they can be identified according to the operator who produced them.
- Evaluate subordinate personnel.
- Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and documentation required for the production of each item.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position.
- Availability to work in a three-shift system.
- Advanced German and English language skills.
- Good knowledge of technical drawings.
- Team coordination and leadership skills; strong organizational abilities.
- Computer literacy and PC operation skills.
- Knowledge of the 6S methodology.
