MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES
Cost Controlling and Reporting
- Consolidate and communicate budget requirements, forecasts, and sourcing priorities for annual target setting.
- Monitor procurement spend versus budget and forecasts (4‑eye principle).
- Validate pricing, saving claims, and cost avoidance initiatives (4‑eye principle).
- Review procurement reports including spend analysis, KPIs, supplier performance, and savings results.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Power BI reporting tool for procurement savings tracking.
Procurement Analytics
- Support strategic initiatives with data‑driven insights and recommendations (e.g., supplier rating)
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support management decisions
Supply Market Intelligence
- Responsible for global supply market intelligence data collection and reporting.
- Provide regular supply market analysis to internal stakeholders
Other Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify procurement‑related risks (supplier, pricing, compliance).
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of procurement decisions.
- Support automation and digitalization initiatives within procurement systems and tools
KEY EXPERIENCES - What experiences bring success to this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement controlling or supply chain analytics.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial controls.
- Experience in a global matrix environment

- Knowledge of procurement analytics and digital procurement tools (Microsoft ecosystem preferred)
