MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES

Cost Controlling and Reporting

• Consolidate and communicate budget requirements, forecasts, and sourcing priorities for annual target setting.
• Monitor procurement spend versus budget and forecasts (4‑eye principle).
• Validate pricing, saving claims, and cost avoidance initiatives (4‑eye principle).
• Review procurement reports including spend analysis, KPIs, supplier performance, and savings results.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Power BI reporting tool for procurement savings tracking.

Procurement Analytics

• Support strategic initiatives with data‑driven insights and recommendations (e.g., supplier rating)
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support management decisions

Supply Market Intelligence

• Responsible for global supply market intelligence data collection and reporting.
• Provide regular supply market analysis to internal stakeholders

Other Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify procurement‑related risks (supplier, pricing, compliance).
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of procurement decisions.
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives within procurement systems and tools

KEY EXPERIENCES - What experiences bring success to this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement controlling or supply chain analytics.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial controls.
• Experience in a global matrix environment
