Responsibilities:

  • Creating the execution technology and documentation.
  • Retrieving the necessary technical drawings  specifications from the computer system for technology creation.
  • Running the cleaning programs on industrial cleaning  machines and configuring parameters on the equipment.
  • Continuously updating the cleaning  technologies and programs based on any process changes.
  • Creating the necessary chemical, tools & fixtures requirements for cleaning the parts (including quantities).
  • Work instructions creation for all procesess related to cleaning process.
  • Continuously updating the industrial cleaning procedures for the products and operations under responsibility.
  • Intervening to resolve process non-conformities (if necessary).
  • Continuously training machine operators on parameter corrections, chemical handling, adjustments, and safety concepts.
  • Calculating cleaning process costs and keeping resource consumption under control in the area.
  • Developing and implementing cleaning technology for new items, supporting EMP/FAI article execution.

 

Requirements:

  • Specialized studies - higher education in a technical field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning processes, technical drawing, and surface treatment technologies.
  • Knowledge of PLC/industrial cleaning machine programming principles and parameter configuration.
  • Communication skills in English.
