Responsibilities:

  • Creating the execution technology for parts assambled in VAT Romania.
  • Retrieving the necessary drawing from the computer system for the creation of the technology and documentation.
  • supporting the assembly process durring NPI.
  • Continuously updating the technology and documentations based on any changes.
  • Creating the necessary tool & fixtures requirements for producing the parts (including quantities).
  • Continuously updating the manufacturing procedures for the products and operations for which they are responsible, based on any changes.
  • Collaborating with shift supervisors regarding technological issues, improvements to technology, accuracy of manufacturing procedures, and information exchanges.
  • Intervening to resolve certain problems (if necessary) during the production of the products for which they are responsible, while they are in the company.
  • Continuously training  operators on making corrections, using tools, making adjustments, taking measurements, and technical drawing concepts.
  • Calculating production costs and keeping costs under control for the parts in their area of responsibility.
  • Developing and implementing technology for new items, supporting the execution of EMP/FAI articles.

 

Requirements:

  • Specialized studies - higher education in a technical field.
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering, technical drawing, and assembly.
  • Communication skills in English.
