Responsibilities:

• Controls and organizes the arrival of products in the warehouse.
• Check the delivery note and invoice against the initial order to confirm that the products and quantities are correct.
• Visually checks the packaging and products to ensure they show no signs of impact or defects.
• Accurately enters data into the company’s management system, D365.
• Labels received pallets and boxes.
• Directs the goods to the allocated storage location.
• Notifies the Purchasing Department about missing or damaged goods.

Requirements:

• Completed secondary education; higher education in economics or transportation is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar logistics role is an advantage.
• PC operation and MS Office package at intermediate level.
• Job-specific knowledge: CMR, delivery notes, invoices, etc.
• Intermediate English level, written and spoken.
• Communication and collaboration skills, teamwork, and customer orientation.
