Responsibilities :

• Manages and supervises internal and external freight transportation.
• Prepares commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Works with customs authorities to pay duties and legal tariffs.
• Ensure that all goods comply with national and international trade regulations.
• Select the best transportation method.
• Tracks each shipment from the supplier to the destination.
• Quickly resolves delays or issues that occur during transit.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external partners.
• Obtains the best rates from transport companies and freight forwarders. 

Requirements:

• Secondary or higher education (considered an advantage).
• Training courses on international rules for the delivery of goods (considered an advantage).
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Negotiation skills.
• PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel; experience working in D365 is considered an advantage.
• Communication and collaboration skills, teamwork, and customer orientation.
