Role Scope & Responsibilities:
qOptimize the utilization of existing learning platforms
qPromote the utilization of existing learning platforms and learning plans – Development plans for employees.
qLead the centralization and optimization of available training materials & upload in the platform.
qPartner with stakeholders and peers to exchange materials & design strategies to fulfill business learning needs – develop learning communities.
qPartner with HOD for designing learning plans for each specific function
qUpdate existing skill matrix and ensure continuous adaptation according to business and market evolution.
qEnsure that development plans are realized according to skill matrix requirements & succession planning.
qTrain all leadership levels in the proper execution of talent management processes
qTrain and lead Operational training team to ensure proper execution of specific processes in DL level.
qEnsure that development plans are properly realized and executed (all levels)– including verification and validation of the effectiveness.
qPartner with Leaders to drive a successful succession planning
qAssist in the creation of the development plans specifics for leadership roles or key positions & ensure the proper execution.
qYearly training plan
qCentralize yearly training needs and identify best training providers
qLead the adaptation of supplier training materials in accordance with VAT specific needs.
Requirements:
qUniversity degree, preferably Human Resources related
qPrevious experience on a similar position
qExcellent communication and organizing skills
qAdvanced English
