Main responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving, prioritizing and coordinating IT incidents and requests from our users and processing them with the help of ticket system.
• Provide mission critical response to issues through in-depth investigation and problem solving techniques
• Effectively communicate and escalate issues between the business and team members in order to ensure proper handling of issues.
• Issue management, liasing with the required specialists team
• Track issues to resolution, updating helpdesk management system as appropriate.
• Identify reoccurring issues and resolve accordingly

Qualifications

• General good IT Knowledge (Microsoft environment)
• Knowledge of ERP-Systems (MS Dynamcis 365 preferred)

Mandatory requirements

• Several years in similar IT role (IT first level support, application support) 
• Administration of Windows 7 and Windows 10
• Windows Server
• Hardware configuration skills
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Preferred capabilities

• Work with ERP-Solutions (Master Data Management, Process Design)
• Experience in software development
• Basic networks knolwedge (sw Cisco admin), interfaces configuration (port activation, etc.)
• Knowledge in working with Active Directory database or SharePoint system
