HR Systems & Employee Data Management

  • Act as the primary administrator and key contact for the company's Time & Attendance system, supporting local and international users.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data across HR, time management, and payroll systems.
  • Register new hires, process employee data changes, transfers, organizational updates, and terminations within HR systems.
  • Monitor data accuracy and integrity across all HR platforms.
  • Investigate, resolve, and escalate system-related issues as needed.
  • Provide user support and training related to HR and Time Management systems.
  • Support system improvements, digitalization initiatives, and process optimization projects.
  • Issue and maintain employee attendance cards and coordinate replacements when required.

 

HR Administration

  • Prepare and administer employment contracts, addenda, certificates, employment confirmations, and other employee-related documentation.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and organized personnel files in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Ensure timely collection and maintenance of employee documentation and records.
  • Support all employee lifecycle administration activities.
  • Maintain HR registers and required employee records.
  • Protect the confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.
  • Support labor inspections, internal audits, and external compliance reviews.

 

Responsibilities and Key Deliverables

  • Accurate and compliant administration of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Effective administration and support of the Time & Attendance system.
  • Timely and accurate preparation of payroll-related data and supporting documentation.
  • High-quality support to employees, managers, and international system users.
  • Accurate bonus calculations and workforce cost reporting.
  • Timely preparation of management reports, forecasts, and HR metrics.
  • Effective administration of medical leave processes and reimbursement activities.
  • Successful support of audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
