HR Specialist – HR Solutions (Onboarding & Time & Attendance Support) (m/f/d)
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our HR Solutions team, supporting onboarding activities and HR operations. In this role, you will primarily support onboarding processes, in particular employment contract creation and administration, mainly using the ACONSO tool (effective June 1). The reporting line for this role is to Switzerland (CH).
In addition, you will provide backup support for Time & Attendance processes in Switzerland, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including contract preparation and documentation
- Maintain documentation process flows via ACONSO
- Deliver HR Solutions services in line with agreed service levels and performance targets
- Support internal controls and quality checks (e.g., 4-eye principle)
- Provide backup support for Time & Attendance tasks in CH
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in HR administration, onboarding, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive, “can do” attitude
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland
