Duties:

• Enters and verifies the job specific records in the ERP system

• Establishes the structure and quantity of the planned orders according to the client's requirement

• Clarifying planning issues with Customer responsible from Order Management

• Performing production planning and assigning work to machines using the ERP system

• Creating production orders in the ERP system and updating them

• Analyzing production orders from the point of view of materials availability, planning, delivery times, special conditions of packaging, delivery and transport

• Checking and documenting the evolution of customer orders

• Checking and approving the loading lists to deliver the finished product to the Customer

• Confirms delivery dates to the customer

• Maintains continuous communication with the customer

• Preparing various reports
 

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing university studies (preferably technical studies)

• Experience in Production Planning - minimum 1 year

• Good knowledge of computer operation

• Operating knowledge in ERP systems

• Knowledge of English language at a conversational level

• Qualities: discipline, writing written messages, diction, logical, team spirit, collaboration, politeness, tact
