Responsibilities:

1. Support in connection with the registration of invoices from suppliers, having the following activities:

• Scan the supplier's invoice (electronically in BLP)
• Verification and correction of scanned data
• Distribution of invoices to the purchaser for confirmation
• Monitoring the approval of invoices from suppliers in our electronic system (BLP)
• He is the contact person in case clarifications are needed to resolve disputes
• Ensures that the settings in the supplier database are correct (approver, approval levels according to PoA)
• Provide support for creditor master data in ERP D365 (main date of PA creation, update, and revision)
• Proposes methods to improve the way of managing the interface between the scanning process (BLP) and registration in D365
• Provides support in preparing the reports required by the group regarding the balance of suppliers, turnover or payments to suppliers

2. Support for the application for monitoring costs related to travel (Yokoy), having the following activities: 

• Verification of expenses related to delegations
• Monitoring of the electronic expense management system (Yokoy)
• Internal point of contact in case of questions / necessary clarifications
• Credit card management
• Maintain database accuracy in Yokoy and D365

 Requirements:

• Specialized university studies 
• Good computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Word)
• Communication skills in English / German - is an advantage
• To be loyal to the organization and not to divulge/disseminate documents without approval
