VAT Netherlands (Utrecht) - Inside Sales Specialist for Netherlands & Germany



We are looking for a team reinforcement with experience and team spirit who is confident in a dynamic environment and would like to support our Account Sales Managers.


Directly reporting to the Country Manager your position includes the following tasks:

  • Sales support for sales in Netherlands & Germany
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Internal and external clarifications concerning inquiries and orders
  • Technical and commercial advice to clients
  • Processing of incoming mail (e-mail, telephone)
  • Maintenance of customers’ data in the CRM and ERP system
  • Representation and support of field staff


As a Customer Support Specialist, you support and complement the Netherlands & Germany sales teams, which in addition to you includes six sales representatives. The aim is to provide the best support for our customers to promote successful sales of our solutions. As you will manage your own pool of accounts in Netherlands, presence on the field will be required (approx. 1 day per week).


Our requirements

We are looking for someone with technical training (Physics or Mechanical Engineering).  A course of further education in commerce or in business with experience in internal sales in the engineering industry or related areas is an advantage. Your method of work is structured and process oriented.  You are a team player; enjoy cooperating in different areas and take pleasure in communicating both orally and in writing with customers of different cultures and in different languages.  You are competent to communicate both orally and in writing in English. German language skills are an advantage.
