Our team in Haag, Switzerland is looking for you:

Supply Chain Project Manager / Value Stream Analyst

You will have a concrete opportunity to work in one of the most successful companies in Switzerland, a global market leader with an international footprint and trend setter in several high tech industries (semi-conductors, solar, nuclear, space...), being an active part of multicultural and determined high performing team.

In this function, you will work within the Global Supply Chain Management Team and you will be responsible for developing value stream activities based upon actual and “next” supply base. In this function you will support Supply Chain Managers and Category Leaders on structuring the right supply strategies globally with strong focus on EMEA, East Europa and APAC regions.

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Identifying the streams of continuous improvement within Global Supply Chain Management Team
• Providing methods and tooling to support on gap closures
• Acting as change ambassador and motivator within the team
• Supporting on meeting with internal and external stakeholders
• Dense and cooperative coordination within the Global Supply Chain Management Team
• Exemplar stand, attitude and passion

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Experience within Lean or 6 Sigma or WCM methods/environments
• Strong ability to understand complex problems with advanced analytical skills
• Excellent team player, proactive attitude, highly motivated, reliable and precise
• Ability to work under pressure, able to manage priorities in a changing environment with clear flexibility
• Good Communications skill in German and English (written and spoken)
