General Summary

The main roles of a QMBKA Manager (Quality Management Business Key Account) is leading a team of Quality Manager/Engineers in resolving customer quality issues through 8D problem solving methodology, with the objective to ensure customer satisfaction through customer centricity mindset.

 

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Driving the team in meeting customer and product quality expectations and requirement
  • Leading, coaching and mentoring of Quality Engineers
  • Interfacing with customer on quality related topics
  • Development of Quality Improvement Strategies and Targets
  • Driving Product and Quality performance improvement
  • Continual Improvement on Quality Process
  • Leading customer audit
  • Maintaining high standard of 8D reports

 

Minimum Qualification

  • University degree, preferably in engineering field
  • At least 5 years of work experience as Quality Manager
  • Strong leadership and analytical skill
  • Strong communication and presentation skill

 

Preferred Qualification

  • Strong 8D problem solving skill
  • Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge
  • Semi-conductor product and process knowledge
